George Andrew Kaiser
Feb. 7, 1854-Dec. 5, 1912

Andrew Kaiser, 58, died Thursday morning at 4 o’clock (Dec. 5, 1912), at the home of a daughter, Mrs. George Schrimp in Jackson.  About three years ago Mr. Kaiser suffered a stroke of paralysis, since which time he has been unable to do any work, and the result of which caused his death.

Mr. Kaiser was a life long resident of Niles.  For 35 years, until the time of his paralytic stroke, was a section foreman for the Michigan Central.  He is survived by a brother, Henry, 1313 N. Twelfth street, this city, and by five daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Fitter of Chicago, Mrs. George Schrimp of Jackson and Mrs. George Schrumpf, with whom he made his home, when in Niles and Mrs. Ed. Reum and Mrs. Flo Rose of this city.

He was a member of the German Workingman’s society and of St. John’s Evangelical Church.  Funeral announcement later.
