Mrs. Eugene Gorton, 24, of 1102 North Seventh street, died Monday at 4:25 p.m. in Pawating hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3:30 p.m from the Presbyterian church with the Rev. T.M. Greenhoe officiating.
Burial will be made in Silverbrook cemetery. Friends may call at the Kiger funeral home.
Mrs. Gorton was born Nancy Jean Toney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Toney, in Niles on Aug. 1, 1927. She married Eugene Gorton on Sept. 4, 1950 in this city.
Survivors include the husband and parents; a brother Franklin Toney, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George McClary, all of Niles.
She was a member of the Presbyterian church.
