The Friends of Silverbrook Cemetery Monthly meeting will be held Thursday, January 15th, 7pm at the Law Enforcement Complex, 1500 Silverbrook.
Guest Speaker: Carol Bainbridge, Director at The Fort St. Joseph Museum, will present "Early Berrien County Settlers: Where did they come from? What did they do?"
This program will present information on the men and women who first settled Berrien County, Michigan and were responsible its agricultural, industrial and commercial developement. Over the years hundreds of people from many foriegn lands and other parts of this country have settled in this area. We will examine where they came from, what the factors influenced them to come to this area, and what their occupations were once they got here.
