Following a short illness, Jack Miller, 1414 North Fifth street, died at 2:50 a.m. today in Pawating hospital.
Survivors are his widow, Tulla Miller; children, Mrs. Julia Osborn, of Niles; Timer Miller, of Dowagiac; Tim and Theo Miller, of Niles, and one grandchild. Also surviving is a brother, Thad Miller, of New Edinburg, Ark.
Miller, who was born on Feb. 18, 1890, in New Edinburg, came here 10 years ago from Hermitage, Ark. He was employed at the Oliver plant, South Bend.
Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home after Wednesday evening, and services will be conducted at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. R.B. Alexander, pastor of the Second Baptist church.
Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
