Irl S. Cox, of M-60 east, died at 8:45 a.m. today in Pawating hospital, after an illness of one week.

He is survived by his widow, Tillie. Cox was born on June 14, [words missing] here from Chicago, one year ago. He was a carpenter by trade, and was a member of the Knights of Pythias and the Odd Fellows of Chicago.

Friends may call at the Pifer funeral home, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.

COX RITES SET

The Rev. Lawrence Stauss, of the First Evangelical United Brethren church, of Chicago, will conduct services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pifer funeral home for Irl S. Cox, 55, who died Wednesday morning. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery.
